Terms of service

By accessing and purchasing from snootysoaps.com.mx (the "Site"), you accept these Terms of Service. Snooty Soaps operates as an individual with business activity (persona física con actividad empresarial).

Products. We sell artisanal soaps handmade in small batches. Because these are handmade products, slight variations in colour, scent, and appearance between batches are possible; images are illustrative.

Prices and payments. All prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include IVA. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (credit and debit cards and PayPal). We reserve the right to modify prices and to cancel orders in the event of obvious pricing errors or lack of availability.

Orders and shipping. Processing, costs, and timeframes are governed by our Shipping Policy. Once confirmed, an order cannot be cancelled.

Returns. Returns, exchanges, and claims are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property. All content on the Site (text, images, logos, and the Snooty Soaps brand) is the property of Snooty Soaps and may not be used without authorisation.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
