Shipping policy

Coverage. We ship throughout Mexico using carriers with full national coverage. We do not offer international shipping or local pickup.

Processing. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. We keep inventory in stock, ready to ship.

Delivery times. Once dispatched, transit typically takes 1 to 2 business days to metropolitan areas and 3 to 4 business days elsewhere in the country. In total, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days of payment confirmation. These are estimates and depend on the carrier.

Tracking. We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, along with a tracking link. You'll also receive automatic notifications when your package changes status and when it's delivered.

Costs. Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and shown clearly at checkout, before you confirm your purchase. Orders of MX$900 or more ship free anywhere in Mexico.

Carrier selection. We select the carrier for each order based on coverage and delivery time to your destination. Choosing a specific carrier at checkout is not available.

Addresses and deliveries. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address — including street and number, neighbourhood (colonia), postal code, and a contact phone number. Carriers commonly call ahead before delivering. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery after the carrier's attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping cost.
